After a number of years of trying to resolve the leaking issues we were having, Core Construct came, found the problem, resolved it and we have not had the issue since. Jonny was professional in every way, despite being in reserve duty for part of the engagement. The work was done with care and the cleanup was done to the point that no one would ever know the extent of the work that was done. ג'וני והצוות שלו ביצעו עבודה מורכבת בחצר הבניין שלנו כדי להתגבר על סיכון בטיחותי משמעותי. העבודה כללה ארגון מחדש של התכולה על הקירות והרצפה, הקמת שלוש קומות של פיגומים, הסרת אבנים כבדות שהוטמעו בקירות, מילוי ואיטום של החללים שנוצרו כדי לשמר אסתטיקה ולמנוע חלחול מים לדירות והשבת הפטיו לצורתו המקורית.

Jonny and his team did an excellent renovation on our home in Raanana. He and every member of his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We actually missed them when the renovation was finished :) They were professional, dedicated, and finished the project within the promised timeframe. Our house looks absolutely stunning! We had a persistent roof leak that multiple contractors tried to fix over a long period of time. We spent a lot of money and still continued to have problems, which was incredibly frustrating.

Then we found Jonathan from Core Construction, and the experience was completely different.

Jonathan was extremely thorough from the start. Instead of rushing through the job like others had done, he carefully diagnosed the source of the leak and figured out exactly where the water was getting in. As you can see in the photos, the issue ended up being a hole on the exterior that previous contractors completely missed.

Jonathan and his team came prepared to do the job properly. They set up scaffolding and accessed the outside of the building to seal the problem area and every possible entry point. Seeing the process made it clear how serious they were about fixing the problem the right way and not just doing a quick patch.

What impressed us most is that Jonathan truly stands behind his work. He provides a warranty, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about his clients. If there is ever a concern and he is available, he will literally drop what he’s doing and come to make sure everything is handled properly.

While Jonathan helped us with a difficult leak issue, it’s important to note that he is not just a leak specialist — he runs a full construction company and handles a wide range of building and home improvement projects.

After so many failed attempts with other contractors, Jonathan and his team finally solved the problem once and for all.

If you are dealing with any kind of construction issue — especially difficult water or roof problems — I highly recommend Jonathan from Core Construction. Doing the job correctly the first time may cost more upfront, but it will save you a tremendous amount of money, stress, and frustration in the long run.

Core Construct has carried out two major projects for us. They redid a balcony drainage system and resealed the balcony, after extensive, repeated leakage. Over the years we had hired several other workers for solutions but the problem always returned; only Core Construct presented us with a reliable plan of action and worked with us to find a balance between our budget and the necessary changes to fix the problem.
Core Construct also carried out a major construction project for our building when stone slabs improperly attached to the façade of our three story building began falling off. We chose Core Construct to carry out the work because of several companies that placed bids, they were the only one with the proper insurance and scaffolding to carry out this dangerous task. They worked safely, efficiently, and professionally.
You feel like Jonny sees your project through as if it were his own home, and his construction team is friendly, respectful, and skilled. You can depend on getting the job done with Core Construct in the best way possible, and know that if you have questions or concerns they will be addressed.
